TRIAD BDAs are typically used in long-range UAV links, mesh networking, and military or commercial Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs). However, they are universally compatible with any radio system that transmits and receives any signal modulation - from simple FM to highly complex QAM OFDM modulation schemes passing hundreds of megabits per second to serve HD video, EO/IR, and other types or ISR missions.
Our BDA modules are also the smallest and lightest in the industry. They achieve high, linear RF power outputs, contain ultra-low noise Rx sections, and exhibit the best broadband operation, in a package size that is unmatched by other amplifier and microwave radio manufacturers. In addition, many of our modules include features such as a wide DC input supply range, a suite of RF power monitoring and control circuitry, built-in-test (BIT), and the ability to communicate status and exchange commands with the system or the radio itself.
