TTRM4302

5000-6000 MHz 10 W Bi-Directional Amplifier

The TTRM4302 BDA module has been engineered to support any signal type, from simple CW/FM signals to complex, highly modulated carriers such as 64 and 256QAM. This module uses the latest GaN transistor technology to achieve highly linear power with low distortion, or peak power at high efficiencies to meet any radio system's requirements. Triad employs the latest RF simulation and design methods to offer products with the lowest size, weight, and DC power consumption in the industry.
