Triad RF CubeSat Amplifier Flies Again on SpaceX Rideshare in OQ Technology's Tiger-3 Mission Payload

Triad RF Systems' TTRM2021 is a part of OQ Technology's Tiger 3 mission payload, which is riding on the SpaceX Falcon 9 Transporter 4 Rideshare, which successfully launched today.


The TTRM2021 is a Dual Channel, Bi-Directional FDD SSPA custom designed for OQ Tech's CubeSat RF Front End. With proven flight heritage from the previously successful Tiger-2, the RF amplifier operates in the S-Band.


The Tiger-3 unit is the latest addition to OQ Tech's global satellite constellation for 5G Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication solutions through satellites, aiming to provide global cellular IoT. The Tiger-3 unit will provide better access, increased capacity for OQ Tech customers, particularly for applications in industries such as oil, gas, logistics, mining and defense.
