Strong second-half caps off an exceptional year.

Triad is pleased to announce that it continued to outperform revenue projections in the second half of 2020. The year's record-high revenue and orders were driven by the company's rapidly growing reputation as a premier supplier of feature-rich, ultra-efficient radios, RF/microwave bi-directional amplifiers, custom multi-functional amplifier systems, CubeSat frequency converters and amplifiers and wideband amplification for EW and counter UAS systems. Triad delivered some of the highest data-rates and longest-range ISR wireless links available for Unmanned Land, Sea, and Air Systems this year.

Triad achieved several financial and operational goals in 2020 and positioned itself for future growth with the introduction of its new line of amplified radios, investment in operations, and the addition of key team members.

Financial & Program Highlights

• Grew second-half revenue by greater than 100% over last year, and bookings growth by close to 20%.
• Realized sales in critical long-distance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) programs which now includes over 53 Tier 1 and Tier 2 Defense Contractors.
• Added over 35 new accounts and over 100 new opportunities over the course of the year.

Product Highlights

• Achieved record growth in demand for our Triad Amplified Radio Systems that are pre-integrated with Silvus, Microhard, DTC, Doodle Labs, and other well-known MIMO radio systems and specifically designed to address the command, control, and throughput needs of advanced unmanned systems
• Expanded our product line offering with several new product introductions with solutions that span 20 MHz to over 30 GHz covering VHF, UHF, L, S, C, X, Ku, and Ka bands. Triad RF products have been delivered in many different form factors intended for various applications including ultra-low-SWaP unmanned systems, rugged wheeled/tracked/maritime systems, or rack-mounted chassis form factors.

Operational Highlights

• Continued to scale our product and engineering team with the addition of a Vice President of Engineering to our leadership team.
• Added new team members in RF Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Modeling, Engineering Management, Production, Administration and Sales.

Continuing Heritage

• Grew traditional sales of COTS solutions for use in high data rate, long distance RF data links.
• Won contract for 100 Army National Guard Lakota helicopters to be equipped with Triad RF high power radio systems.
• Provided numerous RF subsystems to be used in CubeSat applications that were launched or planned for launch in 2021.

As the demand for Triad products from an increasing number of defense and space programs grows, the company expects its sales momentum to continue into the upcoming year.
