1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Triad RF Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original shipment. ^*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

The Warranty is subject to compliance with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Triad RF Systems, Inc. will repair or replace any unit or component covered by this warranty which malfunctions under normal use at no charge for parts or labor. A product that has been repaired under warranty shall continue to have warranty coverage for the balance of the warranty period, or 1 year, whichever is longer.
2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, damage due to application of incorrect voltages or RF power levels to the product. Certain “Act’s of God” are also not covered.
3. This warranty is void if any of the warranty labels on the product have been removed or damaged, or if there is any evidence of an end-user having opened the product or otherwise altered it externally or internally.
4. If the operating manual supplied directs the end user to perform routine maintenance on the product, the product may not be eligible for warranty service.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

Triad RF Systems, Inc. offers extended warranty periods that begin after the initial 1-Year warranty has concluded. The costs for extended warranties are as follows:

1 additional year (2 years total) 6%

2 additional years (3 years total) 10%

4 additional years (5 years total) 15%

The % shown above is base off of the LIST price before any types of discounts are provided. For example, if the unit costs $40,000**, an extended warranty of one year will cost $2,400. In the case where 10 pcs are purchased for $37,000^**, the one year extended warranty remains at $2,400.
