The TA1029 Power Amplifier module has been engineered to support any signal type, from simple CW/FM signals to complex, highly modulated carriers such as 64 and 256QAM. This module uses GaN transistor technology to achieve highly linear power with low distortion, or peak power at high efficiencies, in a low-SWaP package.
Originally developed for broadcast-quality COFDM digital video transmission, the TA1029 maintains -30 dBc ACPR when driving a COFDM signal — the linearity broadcast and ISR video links demand. Operating from 6400–7100 MHz at 25 W with 58 dB of gain, it's equally suited to manned and unmanned aircraft communication systems, with a wide 9–36 VDC input for flexible platform integration.

The TA1120 is a small form factor, lightweight circuit card amplifier that has been designed to be integrated into existing CubeSat and NanoSat satellite systems.
