Where can I find other RF products for UAVs?

Do you have stocked items?

What options do you typically supply with your products?

Our standard units come with standard pin and control options such as TTL on/off, temperature monitoring and forward power detection. However, if you require something specific, we can usually accommodate any needed options into our amplifiers. Give us a call and find out what we can do for you.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as PayPal. For security reasons at the present time we prefer to take the credit card information over the phone. Please call us at 855-558-1001 x2 with the following:

1. CCard Number
2. Expiration
3. CVV Number (3 digits for Visa and MasterCard, 4 digits for AMEX)
4. Name on Credit Card
5. Mailing Address where Credit Card bill is sent

How do I get products repaired?

Triad RF will repair any damaged or malfunctioning amplifiers. You can submit a support ticket at our website’s Help Desk. An agent will respond quickly to help facilitate the repair process. Conversely, you can call us to set up a return order and we will make sure to re-mediate any issues with our products.

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours when your order is submitted and you will also receive an e-mail confirmation which includes the AWB/Tracking Number once your order has shipped.
