Triad Ships The TA1186Q-HS to One Of The World’s Largest Test And Measurement Companies

Triad RF has provided one of the largest test and measurement companies with the TA1186Q-HS to be used in a semiconductor test rack application. This 20 Watt amplifier operates in a frequency range from 800 MHz to 6 GHz, making it a versatile solution for many test applications.

Triad RF Receives Production Order for Upconverter

Triad RF receives production order for its digital radio upconverter. Shipments will start Q1 of 2016. The TUC1001 takes 900 MHz in and provides 1.9 to 3.4 GHz of RF up to +1 dBm of power. The unit measures 1.6 x 1.5 x .4 inches, runs off of +15VDC and uses female SMA connectors for all 3 ports.

Triad RF Receives a Development Order for 500 MHz to 18 GHz Bench Top Amplifier

Triad RF received a development order for a 1 Watt Bench Top amplifier that operates from 500 MHz to 18 GHz. The unit will run off of 110 VAC and be internally cooled. The amplifier will be used in a test system by a major component manufacturer. Delivery is expected mid Q1 2016.

Triad RF ships its first Upconverter

Triad RF receives a Dual Bi-directional Frequency Converter development order

Triad RF receives a development order for the TC1000, our Dual Bi-Directional Frequency Converter. The S-Band unit will be implemented in a high performance SATCOM system. The unit‘s high linearity TX an RX chains and low spurious make it ideal for all high data rate signal types and formats. Both bi-directional amplifiers will accept 370 MHz and convert up to 2.4 GHz in TX and convert back down to 370 MHz in RX. Delivery is expected in Q3 of 2014.

Triad’s solution utilizes a micro-controller plus custom circuits that provide control through CAT-5 cables or over WiFi communication. This technology is also being implemented in several future products giving customers remote capabilities throughout our product lines. Expansion into other markets including Europe is also in process.

Triad RF receives an international order for an 800 MHz-6.0 GHz, 16W rack

Triad RF receives a development order from an international customer for an 800 MHz – 6.0 GHz, 16W amplifier housed in a 19 inch rack for a physics lab application. All monitoring and control functions of this GaN amplifier will be accessed via a new touch screen front panel. The SSPA will also incorporate a single-board computer (SBC) running the Android operating system, an industry first. The amplifier will ship Q1 of 2014.

Triad RF receives order for a 2.45 GHz bi-directional amplifier from top tier defense contractor

Triad RF has received a pre-production order from a top tier defense contractor for a modified version of our 2.45 GHz bi-directional linear power amplifier, . The units will be used in a new air to air high-speed data link which will be used in various types of military airborne vehicles. Our ability to modify our standard product and supply the customer with a custom part in a very short period of time helped with this program win. Delivery will be completed before end of third quarter, 2013, with further quantities needed in early 2014.

Triad RF has received an order for a high power television amplifier

Triad RF has received a production order for high power linear amplifiers used in multi-channel television broadcast. Triad’s linear technology allows the customer to simultaneously transmit hundreds of TV channels along with wireless internet signals. Combined with our efficiency technology, the power consumption of the base station will decrease, allowing the TV provider to pass the savings on to the end-user.

Triad receives order from a domestic OEM provider

Triad RF receives a large production order from a domestic provider of OEM equipment used to provide high-quality WiFi communications on highspeed mobile platforms. Operating between 1 and 2 GHz, these amplifiers provide several Watts of wideband Long Term Evolution (LTE) signals. Deliveries will occur end of Q2 and throughout Q3.
